Job Description

We’re looking for a highly driven outbound sales professional to build and generate pipeline across North America and Europe. This is a pure hunting role requiring ownership, consistency, and strong execution in outbound prospecting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Conduct market, account, and stakeholder mapping
  • Identify and engage CXOs, founders, and decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
  • Schedule meetings and initiate business conversations
  • Track outreach performance and optimize conversion rates
  • Collaborate with leadership on pipeline and revenue goals

Required Skills:

  • 1–3 years in SDR/BDR/outbound sales roles
  • Hands-on experience with cold calling, emailing & LinkedIn outreach
  • Experience in US/European markets
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, RocketReach, or similar
  • Strong market research & account mapping skills
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English)
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders (CXO level)
  • Self-driven with a high ownership mindset
  • Understanding of sales metrics & conversion tracking
  • Ability to personalize outreach messaging
