Job Description
We’re looking for a highly driven outbound sales professional to build and generate pipeline across North America and Europe. This is a pure hunting role requiring ownership, consistency, and strong execution in outbound prospecting.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Conduct market, account, and stakeholder mapping
- Identify and engage CXOs, founders, and decision-makers
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
- Schedule meetings and initiate business conversations
- Track outreach performance and optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with leadership on pipeline and revenue goals
Required Skills
- 1–3 years in SDR/BDR/outbound sales roles
- Hands-on experience with cold calling, emailing & LinkedIn outreach
- Experience in US/European markets
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, RocketReach, or similar
- Strong market research & account mapping skills
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English)
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders (CXO level)
- Self-driven with a high ownership mindset
- Understanding of sales metrics & conversion tracking
- Ability to personalize outreach messaging
